What is the minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement. Unlike some stores, we do not charge any sort of small order fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days for most orders. Delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose and where the order is being delivered. The following is the rough estimate of the delivery time for different shipping methods. It could be longer, especially near the holidays.
USA First-Class Mail: usually takes 3-6 days.
USA Priority Mail: usually takes 2-5 days.
Canada First-Class Mail: usually takes 3-7 days.
International Global Priority: usually takes 4-10 days. For some counties, it could be quicker.
International Air Mail: usually takes 7-14 days.
Do you only take business orders?
No. We sell our products to all customers, including individual customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. However we only take payment in US dollar. If you can't make your payment by international credit card, we recommend using Paypal for overseas payment. You can set up an account with Paypal at www.paypal.com. Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for any local taxes or tariffs that may be imposed by your country.
What is your return policy?
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 10 days
of receipt and, if the return is not damaged, it will be refunded. However shipping/handling fees are NOT refundable.
Obtain a return authorization number and send a copy of your order confirmation with your return
to ensure you receive the proper credit or refund.
How many beads are on a strand?
Most strands we sell are about 16 inches long. Some strands may vary a little bit in length than specified. There are approximately 400mm in 16 inches. To get an average of number of beads on a strand, you can divide 400 by the mm height of the bead. For example, if the bead size is 8mm in height, divide 400 by 8, you will get 50 beads on a 16 inch strand. Divide 400 by 6 to get 66 beads for a 6mm sized bead on a 16 inch strand.
Why is my order taken off from my shopping cart?
At www.susiesbeads.com, we make every effort to maintain our inventory as accurate as possible. Due to the nature of our business, we can't guarantee the availability of any item. If an item is out of stock, this item will be shown a zero quantity and taken off from your shopping cart next time when you revisit your shopping cart. If an item has lower quantity than you ordered, this item will be shown only the available quantities in stock in your shopping cart.
Do you have a printed catalog?
No. Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not produce a printed catalog.

mailing/email/shipping addresses and credit card information and transmit them to us electronically
